The RL Solutions family of companies was founded in 2004. Our brokerage division has operated since then and now encompasses three offices in South Carolina. RL Solutions Trucking, our asset division, was started in 2010 to better serve our customers in the southeastern United States. We also operate a warehousing division that leases space to customers in strategic locations around the country.
Today, the RL solutions family of companies is comprised of four offices and more than sixty employees. Our drivers can be seen daily in our distinctive orange trucks. While our daily operations have expanded to serve customers far from South Carolina, our commitment to world class service has stayed the same for two decades.
We take our customers’ and coworkers’ concerns as seriously as we would a member of our family.

Drew Bozard
CEO, Managing Partner
Drew co-founded RL Solutions in 2004. His goal was to build a company that could grow and support a strong team of people working towards a common goal of excellent service in the logisitics industry. He is a native of Columbia, SC and a graduate of Clemson University where he studied Forest Resource Management. Drew and his wife, Kristen, live in Columbia with their son and daughter.
Mark Jackson
Managing Partner – Greenville
Mark co-founded RL Solutions in 2004 with a business philosophy of uncompromised excellence in customer service. He is a native of Lyman, SC, and a graduate of Clemson University where he studied business and marketing. He has worked in the logistics industry since 1999. Mark and his wife, Allie, live in Greenville with their three sons.
Jay Bozard
Managing Partner – Columbia
Jay Bozard joined RL Solutions in 2009. Prior to RL, he founded Capital Trans Group. He leads the business development team at RL and focuses on developing lasting relationships with strong partners. He is a native of Columbia, SC and a graduate of Clemson University where he studied business and marketing. Jay and his wife Shannon live in Columbia with their three children.
Ben Simmons
Chief Operating Officer /Partner
Ben has been with RL Solutions since he graduated from Clemson University in 2012. He oversees operations across all brokerage offices. Ben is a native of Columbia, SC and enjoys spending time in the woods and on the water.
Russell Clayton
Vice President
Russell runs the day-to-day operations for the Columbia office. He was born and raised and currently resides in Columbia, SC. He is a graduate of Clemson University and serves with the Army National Guard. Russell is married and has two young children.
Harris Quinn
Vice President
Harris runs the day-to-day operations for the Greenville office. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and spent 6 years on active duty in the US Navy. He was born in Greenville, SC and lives there with his wife and kids.
